Setting up a Digital SLR so it’s easy to use

This class is for people with a new Digital Single Lens Reflex camera.

The cost difference between a high-end P&S camera and a DSLR is so narrow that some people move up to a digital single lens reflex camera with accessory lenses expecting there photo quality to increase exponentially. That’s not always true. A DSLR is more complex in a variety of ways.

Now you have to worry about depth-of-field, shutter speeds, focal length, flash-fill, RAW or JPG, and about 25 other minor and major aspects of better photos with a DSLR.

This is a class that will highlight the important things you need to know about your new camera, the less important things you can learn to worry about and the insignificant things that never need to be thought about.

I enjoy photography (hobby) and just got a new Canon Rebel T3 and need to take a class on how to use it, what all the “terms” are and take better pictures.
What class(es) would you recommend for me.

I am interested in taking an intro photography class to help me better understand my new camera. Please let me know when the next weekend class is being offered. Thanks.
